- + 10 juillet 2025 : journée spécifique pour intervenir auprès des personnes en situation de handicap.
- Être à l’aise dans sa posture d’intervenant·e pour animer avec aisance et plaisir.
- Savoir recourir à des méthodes et outils pédagogiques adaptés, durant la préparation, l’animation et l’évaluation de la formation.
- Concevoir son synopsis et les supports de formation adaptés au programme de formation.
- Être moteur pour mettre en place et ajuster la dynamique de travail au sein du groupe.
- Intégrer des outils d’adaptation au changement et aux situations hétérogènes.
- Être à même d’utiliser des outils digitaux pour créer de l’interactivité durant une formation.
Jours 1 & 2 – Module 1 :
- Identifier le rôle d’un intervenant·e en formation adulte.
- Préparer son action de formation.
- Animer son action de formation.
- Impulser une dynamique de groupe positive.
- Clôturer une action de formation : évaluation et axe d’amélioration.
- Exploiter les apports du digital pour dynamiser une formation.
Jour 3 – Module 2 (optionnel) :
- Spécificité des interventions en ESAT auprès des usagers.
- Animation et dynamique de groupe.
- Concevoir des supports adaptés, attractif et « FALC ».
